Very nice testimonial from University of Maryland Baltimore Washington Medical Center

Hi Tiffany,

I am writing to share that I have accepted a new professional opportunity and today will be my final day serving as Nurse Manager of the UM BWMC Wound Healing Center. Hyperbaric Safety Director James Yoo (James.Yoo@umm.edu) will be stepping into the manager role moving forward. I also want to sincerely thank you for all of your support over the years; it has truly meant a great deal to our team. The resources from WoundReference were especially valuable in helping us successfully reopen our hyperbaric unit during a particularly challenging time without a medical director. Because of your support, we were able to move forward in an even stronger position.

I’ve genuinely appreciated working with you and wish you all the best in the future,

Ore Ezeigbo, MSN, RN, CWCN (she/her)

Nurse Manager – Wound Healing Center, WOC Nursing, Vascular Access Team, Outpatient Infusion Center

Also, very awesome testimonial from Nuvance, provided to Tiff during her most recent CSR9 - way to go!

“Department of Health - DOH was onsite at Danbury, and needed to see staff competency, the ease of jumping in and showing competency to the reporting room was amazing, and it made our day so much easier!” Russell Newman Manager - Wound Care Business East Northwell Health, Nuvance Health

Hi team!

Today we’ve deployed our AI assistant, which will handle users’ questions about the platform. All the information comes from the support topics we’ve been reviewing over the last few weeks (thanks to everyone who helped with this!).

If you’d like to test it, feel free to ask questions—and please let me know if any answers are wrong or inaccurate, so I can update the knowledge base as needed.

You can find the AI Customer Agent on the lower left side of any page with woundreference.com/app in the URL.

When you click on the callout, a box will open with a welcome message:

Working great...thanks for your hard work on this.  For others that might be testing, when I first opened it was displaying a random test conversation (not one that I created), so to get it working I had to click bac button and then initiate new conversation by clicking icon in upper right of chat window.

So cool! Jeff just shared this with us -

3 of the team from a prospect HBO program are in the Safety Director course from International ATMO. They just sent Jeff this screen shot from one of the lectures ! Francois Burman himself is showing our GNG tool during his lecture! Francois Burman is the leading authority on HBO safety and helped us create the digital version of this risk assessment tool to determine what objects can safely go in the HBO chamber! Go team!!

Pretty nice testimonial shared by Tiff, from Kathy Linde, manager at our institutional customer Emanate Health:

      Thank you Tiffany,

The timing of our meeting today was perfect.

Our Primary HBO Provider has been out for several months and my lead HBO tech is on a month long vacation.

Immediately after our meeting the covering Provider had a somewhat complicated HBO consult with numerous questions regarding use of chemo drugs while in chamber, diagnostic coding and clearing of a pacemaker.

We were able to easily find what we needed (and confirmed what I thought I knew) in the Wound Reference documents!

The peace of mind WR gives me is well worth the price!

      Thanks again,

      Kathy

PRO and Enterprise map to PRO on HS.  I'm now defaulting all account setups to Enterprise.  Leaving Host Plan drop list for now in case we need to segment accounts.

Added Multiselect, Checkbox List, Droplist and Short Text to quiz question type.  It does not save users checkbox list selections, just records Correct.  Short Answer and CheckboxList responses do not show on cross tab report.

Made update that should help with CP deliverability issues. Few months ago I added ability to silence team notifications, however failed to default pre-existing members to IsSilent=False. Slack defaults thread reply notifications to off unless they participate in thread, so I will leave ours as is.

Here is the revised poster. Could you please take a look and verify that everything is correct? Thank you.
Hi @Eleonora Sertorio Jeff, Tiff and I reviewed the poster and it's good to go. Can you pls ask them to update the https://woundreference.com at the bottom and also add NFPA 99 Chapter 14? We are ready to publish it as soon as we receive it

From a salesperson's point of view: I do not see a strong call to action on this poster for sales prospects to follow. Other than that, the poster seems to align with the day to day messaging that Hyperbaric Safety Officers would want in plain view at their site.
Brian, Good morning! Yes, the poster/ warnings are a NFPA 99 requirement. The company that produced them previously is no longer making them. We were asked by one of our clients if this was something we could create.

I have updated the Messaging module on Production with the proposed features. When going on breaks, vacations, etc, update your user status for others to see. Note you can also insert a custom status such as 'Vacay until 8/10'. Turn Team notifications off to have visibility on Team messages, but not receive email notifications. On the User drop menu there is also a feature to link multiple CP accounts. This might be helpful to CSR supporting multiple client accounts. The market use case is manager that wants to toggle between multiple departmental accounts.
      Tuesday, July 25
In response to feedback on CP Messaging, I have added User Status and Team Notification toggle. It is currently on Development for review: https://cpdev2.azurewebsites.net/app/feeds?tid=1. If useful, I will push it to Production.

To silence team notifications hover over team name in left panel, click ellipsis menu and toggle notification status On/Off. With Notifications Off you will not receive email or text updates for new messages within that Team--comments on threads you follow will still go through. To update your Status click drop menu in upper right and select current status--select Unassign to remove current status.
