Can you please follow up with these accounts today? Let's follow up weekly so we can help customers keep track of their goals, show that we care about them, and close deals faster. People respond well to gentle, kind and nurturing follow ups. Last week I spent hours following up with $50k in open invoices and thankfully $35k were paid yesterday. OKCIC is still open though.
